中学校英語科指導計画
- このLesson8 Part2を行うにあたって、一体どのような指導方法が有益か、私は以下のように考えた。 （A）まず初めに、今回行う課で学ぶ新しい単元について、生徒に緊張感を与えないよう、しかし、より興味を引かせるように、易しい英語で導入をする。この時、この課で登場してくる人物は誰か、またその人物関係、新しく学ぶ文法事項はどのようなものか、など簡単に説明する。また、この時、ピクチャーカードなどがあれば、それを見せながら人物確認などできるとなおよい。 （B）英語のテープを聴かせる。（ちなみにこの時はまだ教科書は開かない。）しかしその前に、流れてくる内容（今回の課の内容）の下記のような、注意して聴くべき点について、英語であらかじめ確認する。英語で物事を考えようとする第一歩である。少しでも生徒達に、英会話の聞き取りをしやすく、理解しやすくするための方法である。ここでチェックしておくべき読み取りポイントは、この課の場合、 ?What time does Mike’s father usually get home? マイクのお父さんは普通何時に帰宅するか。 ?What does Ken’s father often do? ケンのお父さんはたびたび何をするか。 ?How does Mike says about Japanese people? マイクは、日本人はどのようである、と言っているか。 などである。この場合、この単元で初めて出てくる英語で質問を問いかけるのはまだ難しいため、英語→日本語→英語の順に説明するとよい。 （C）教科書は開かないまま、テープを2回聴く。聴き終わったあと、生徒の反応はどのようであったか、状況を判断しておく。 （D）フラッシュカードを使って、新出単語の確認をする。表に英語、裏に日本語を書いたカードを、交互交互に見せながら発音させ、単語を暗記させる。この時、単語の上に、アクセント記号を書いておくと、どこにアクセントをつけるべきであるか、わかりやすく、よい。
