美しい日本語と効果的な日本語コミュニケーション
- まず初めに日本語とは世界中で日本でしか使われておらず、とても難しい言語のうちの１つだと言われている。難しいといわれる理由のひとつに、文字の種類の多さということが挙げられる。日本語を書くときに用いられる文字には大きく分けて漢字、ひらがな、カタカナの三つの種類がある。この三つを使い分けるということは、慣れていない人間にとって、とても難しいことである。特に漢字は同じ漢字でも複数の読み方があるので読み書きともにとても大変であると思う。書くことだけでなく、話すための日本語というのもとても複雑で難しい。例えば日本人が電話に出るとき、相手が気心の知れた友達であれば、普段しゃべるのと変わらない言葉で話すでしょう。しかし相手が目上の人であったり、会社の上司であったりすれば、敬語を話すでしょう。もし相手が両親や地元の人であったなら、方言で話すかもしれません。このように日本語には色々な種類や使い分けがある。これらの日本語の中から美しい日本語あるいは正しい日本語を見出し、効果的な日本語コミュニケーションについて考えたい。 私は美しい日本語とはお金持ちのセレブなひとたちが話す「〜ですわ」や「〜でございます」と言ったような言葉や、目上の人に使う敬語や丁寧語だと考えている。

- ●対人魅力 1感情･･･喜怒哀楽 ?認知･･･私達のもっている知識や情報などから相手のことを捉え、判断す ること ?行動･･･対人距離や身体接触 ・対人魅力の要因−?身体的魅力･･･相手の外見や容姿の美しさによって、好意が増すこと。 ?類似性･･･自分とよく似た人を好きになること。 ?近接性･･･物理的、空間的に近い人に好意を抱くこと。 （社会心理学者のR.ザイアンスが単純接触仮説(mere-exposure hypothesis)を提唱） ●対人魅力に関する理論 魅力の研には２つの理論的な流れがある。 ?強化理論 私達は自分達にとって賞となるものを好み、罰となるものを嫌うという原理を基本としている。 ?認知的整合性理論 不均衡な状態では、人は不快な感情を喚起するため、それを解消して均衡状態へむかうという考えを基本にしている。 この理論の代表的なものが、心理学者F.ハイダーの「バランス理論」(balance theory)の「均衡理論」、「P-O-X理論」である。 例）アロンソンとリンダーの「獲得-損失効果」 相手への好意が評価の順序によって大幅に変化する「獲得-損失効果」の理由として２つの理由が挙げられる。 ?感情的側面 ?認知的側面
