    B. Start the experiment (Paper cup and Styrofoam cup)
    1. Put coffee into the Electronic pot, make sure the coffee to be in 60 degrees Celsius.
    2. Start recording on the computer (make sure to start with the room temperature), then put coffee into the paper cup and quickly place temperature probe in the cup.
    3. Wait until the coffee to reach thermal equilibrium, then stop recording.
    4. Save the graph and the data table and also, keep coffee, don’t throw them away yet.
    5. Use new paper cup to try #2 through #4 for 2 more times, and also make sure the reading is in the room temperature.
    6. Next, in this time, use Styrofoam cup to try number #2 through #4 for 3 times.
    7. After record the 6 data (3 for Paper cup, 3 for Styrofoam cup), dump all of the coffee back into the electronic pot and heat it again until it become 60 degrees Celsius.

    C. Start the experiment (Ceramic, Aluminum and the Plastic cup)
    1. Make sure the coffee to be in 60 degrees Celsius.
    2. Start recording on the computer (make sure to start with the room temperature), then put coffee into the Ceramic cup and quickly place temperature probe in the cup.
    3. Wait until the coffee to reach thermal equilibrium, then stop recording.
    4. Save the graph and the data table and also, keep coffee, don’t throw them away yet.
    5. Wash ceramic cup and try #1 through #4 for 2 more times.
    6. Next, in this time, use Aluminum cup to try number #1 through #4 for 3 times.
    7. Next, in this time, use Plastic cup to try number #1 through #4 for 3 times.
