     The Japanese Government started "the first Indonesia country second rate science and mathematics family education expansion plan" with 5 years of plans from October, 1998 in response to the demand of   the Indonesia country.  The same plan is carried out and is obtain the cooperation of the Ministry of Education by the project method technology cooperation of Japan International Cooperation Agency.  It is making the faculty/present post teacher education cooperation of the mathematics/science field that importance was put to the secondary education in the science and mathematics departments of education of 3 main education universities (IKIP), in other words, Bandung (Bandmg) the education university, Jogjakarta (Yogyakarta) the education university,  (Ma1ang) the education university of the west/Chubu/the eastern parts of Java in 10 education universities in the Indonesia countries in the same plan,  the purpose.  Also this plan is being combined in all of gratuitous funds cooperation and the machine parts offering of the science and mathematics education relation are carried out to the cooperation object 3 university in addition to, Bandung education university science and mathematics department of education ridge establishment.  Mainly the expansion of the science and mathematics family education of a/the secondary education stage is aimed for and this plan to day  both are the cooperation to the faculty education and present post teacher education in an/the education university the first thing.
    This manuscript receives the understanding of the person concerned, from the place which is getting involved in the execution of this plan even after profitable and also this plan inauguration and express that is about the idea, future subject that hope and become the discussion contents and the background of the person concerned of day  both the attendant that future plan execution consulted the opportunity that the author etc. participate in the inquiry commission in the plan of this plan.  It is announced that the way of the teacher training system is asked in common day  through the plan of this plan.
    Subject of discussion etc. between placeable day  are expressed at the time of the background and plan formation of demand about the present condition of the first second rate science and mathematics family education in an/the Indonesia country, in the 2nd clause.  The outline such as the goal, characteristics, activity contents of this plan are expressed in the 3rd clause.  It is expressed about the development stage that the science and mathematics family education in idea and also, Indonesia countries with regard to the new activity, organizations/operation structure etc. of the range, science education of the present post teacher education, elementary education and secondary education, foundation science and subject education, offering machine parts in this plan are expected in the 4th clause.  The 5th clause is expressed about the subject that is related to the contents of the science and mathematics family education such as the structure, systems/control operation of subject and also, science and mathematics family education research of the base that are related to the support organization such as communication, specialist dispatch, training  acceptance as a future subject.
